Absolutely! All of our pottery is made to be used everyday and can stand up to any normal kitchen abuse.

Ya, but just use common sense. You can keep that dinner warm in the oven, just don't run your plate under cold water immediately after and you'll be fine.

We try to get everything out as quickly as possible but some things are worth waiting for. In general, anything that we have in stock will ship in two business days. All pottery will ship within 2 weeks of order placement. If we are behind in fulfillment we will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed. All of our pieces are individually wrapped in eco friendly craft paper and packed with recycled packing peanuts. We do everything in our power to make sure that your order is going to arrive in one piece.

Everything we deliver is finished to an extremely exacting standard. That being said, each piece is a unique hand crafted object with its own beauty and character. There are natural variations that appear in both the glaze and clay body. These glimpses of character add to the unique and arresting quality of each piece.

If your order has not yet shipped out, yes you can change the shipping address. Just send us a message at perrin@supperclubstudio.com with the updated address.

Don't panic, we got you. Just take a picture of the broken piece and send it to perrin@supperclubstudio.com We will reach out to coordinate a replacement asap.

Look, we know this stuff is expensive. Don’t buy our products if you’re just looking for some serviceable tableware. There are cheaper options out there that will meet the basic minimum requirements to deliver food to your table. There is no shortage of those options out there - we even use some of them ourselves.

That’s not what these pieces are and that’s not why we make them. These are living objects that were born from the conscious intention of an individual creator. So, why should you buy them? You’re bringing these objects into your home. You and your family are going to be using these pieces everyday, hopefully for the rest of your life. Whether we are aware of it or not, the objects we surround ourselves with are continuously affecting us in profound ways. When we are in the presence of beautiful things, they create a harmonic resonance that amplifies the best parts of our own nature. This connection can inspire us to strive for excellence in our own lives, fostering creativity, mindfulness, and a deeper appreciation for the world around us. These objects are alive with intention and presence, made living with a little piece of ourselves. That just takes naturally takes time and cost more.

Packages almost always show up within 24 hours after being marked delivered - just a little late. If it's been a day and your package still hasn't arrived, please reach out and let us know. We will be happy to help track down your package.
